Do I have to change my Microsoft 365 licenses?
No. On our Basic and Standard plans you keep your own Microsoft 365 licenses and we manage your environment. On Premium and Device Lifecycle we bundle Microsoft 365 Business Premium into one monthly bill through our Microsoft partnership, so you get the licensing and the management together.
How fast do you respond?
We respond to critical issues, like a full outage or a security incident, within 30 minutes, around the clock. High-priority issues are handled within 2 business hours, and routine requests within one business day. Most issues are resolved remotely the same day.
Am I locked into a long contract?
Our agreement runs for an initial 12-month term, then continues month-to-month. Either side can end it with 30 days notice after the first year. No multi-year lock-ins.
Do you charge setup or onboarding fees?
No. Many providers charge $2,000 to $10,000 just to get started. We do not. Your flat monthly rate covers onboarding and everything in your plan.
We already have an IT person. Can you still help?
Yes. We can work alongside your existing IT staff in a co-managed arrangement, handling the Microsoft 365 and Azure side, monitoring, and security while your team focuses on day-to-day support. We will tailor the scope during your free assessment.
Are you too small to handle my business?
